Cancellation & Return Policy

1. Overview

Blissful Getaways by Nostra Online Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our") acts as a listing and discovery platform. Hotel bookings are made and paid directly to the hotel, and tour bookings are handled by our reservations team. The cancellation and refund terms below apply to bookings facilitated through us.

2. Hotel Bookings

Since we do not charge any commission and payments are made directly to the hotel, the cancellation and refund policy of the respective hotel applies. Please confirm the cancellation terms with the hotel at the time of booking.

3. Tour Packages

• Cancellation 30+ days before departure: 90% refund of advance paid.
• Cancellation 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund of advance paid.
• Cancellation 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund of advance paid.
• Cancellation less than 7 days before departure: No refund.
• No-show on the date of travel: No refund.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. Bank or payment-gateway charges, if any, are non-refundable.

5. Force Majeure

In case of cancellations due to natural calamities, political unrest, road closures, or other events beyond our control, refunds will be subject to the recoverable amount from hotels, transporters and other service providers.

6. How to Cancel

To cancel a booking, email bookmeritravel@gmail.com or call +91 89105 84546 with your booking reference. Cancellation is effective from the date and time we acknowledge your request in writing.
